Bathroom installation in East Kent
A complete bathroom, from stripping out the old suite to fitting the last tap, run by one team who talk to you throughout. Showers, wet rooms, baths and basins, with the plumbing done properly behind the walls where it counts.
Bathrooms, done properly
A good bathroom looks simple. Getting there isn’t: the falls on a shower tray, the pipe runs inside the walls, the waste levels, the water pressure at the shower head. That hidden work decides whether the bathroom still looks and works like new in ten years, and it’s where we spend our time.
We plan the room with you first: what you want to keep, what you want to change, and how you actually use it. A walk-in shower for easier access, a freestanding bath for a loft room, a compact layout that makes a small bathroom feel bigger. Then we give you a written quote and a realistic timescale.
On site we keep the house as tidy as we can, protect floors on the way through, and keep you posted on what’s happening each day. You’ll always know who’s in your home and what comes next.

When to think about bathrooms
Leaks or soft flooring
Water getting behind tiles or under the floor needs dealing with before it becomes a bigger repair.
A shower that dribbles
Poor flow is often down to the valve, the pipework or the water system, and can be fixed as part of a refit.
Mould that keeps coming back
Failed seals and grout let water in. A properly sealed shower stops the cycle.
Access is getting harder
Stepping over a bath to shower gets harder. A walk-in shower or walk-in bath makes life easier.
It’s simply dated
Cracked tiles, a tired suite and old fittings. A new bathroom is one of the most noticeable upgrades in a home.
Adding a bathroom
Converting a loft or a spare room? We plan the supplies and drainage so it works properly.
How a job runs
No surprises. Here’s what happens from your first message to the finished job.
Visit and plan
We look at the room, talk through what you want and check the water system, drainage and access.
Written quote
A clear quote listing what’s included, with a realistic timescale. You choose your suite and tiles, or we can advise.
Strip-out and first fix
The old bathroom comes out, then new pipework, wastes and supplies go in, set out for the new layout.
Install
Shower, bath, basin and toilet fitted, walls and floors finished, and everything connected and sealed.
Test and hand over
Every joint is checked for leaks, the shower and taps tested for flow and temperature, and the room cleaned before you use it.

Bathrooms: your questions answered
The things people ask us most. If yours isn’t here, just message us.
How long does a bathroom installation take?
A straightforward like-for-like refit often takes around one to two weeks, depending on tiling, flooring and any changes to the layout. Bigger changes, like moving the toilet or creating a wet room, take longer. We give you a timescale with the quote and keep you updated day by day.
What’s included in a bathroom installation?
Our quotes set it all out. Typically: removing the old suite, all the plumbing (pipework, wastes, shower valve), fitting the new suite and finishing. If anything is excluded, it’s written down, so there are no surprises.
Can you fit a walk-in shower instead of a bath?
Yes, it’s one of the most popular changes we make, especially for easier access. We make sure the shower tray or wet-room floor has the right fall so water drains away properly.
Can I supply my own bathroom suite?
Yes. We’re happy to fit a suite you’ve chosen, and we can check it over before work starts so there are no missing parts on the day.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Not all the time. Many customers go to work as normal. We agree access at the start and keep you updated with photos and messages.
Can I use the toilet during the work?
We plan the job to keep the time without a working toilet as short as possible, and we’ll tell you in advance when the water will be off.
We cover Faversham, Canterbury, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Thanet (Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate), Sandwich, Deal, Dover, Folkestone, Ashford and Sittingbourne, and the villages and areas in between. See the areas we cover.
